A new album by Artturi Rönkä, Daniel Sommer & Thommy Andersson will be released in March 2023 by Copenhagen-based label April Records.
To celebrate the album release the trio will play concerts at Koko Jazz Club (Helsinki) and Jazzhus Montmartre (Copenhagen).

Chants for organ and chamber orchestra will be premiered on May 14th 2024 by organist Leevi Lipponen and the Sibelius Academy Symphony Orchestra conducted by Nazanin Aghakhani in the Helsinki Music Centre. The work was one of the two winning works in the chamber orchestra category of the international Kaija Saariaho composition competition in 2023 and it features the brand new Rieger organ of the Musiikkitalo’s concert hall.

“Phases” for clarinet, violoncello & piano was performed by musicians from the ÄÄNI collective at Ung Nordisk Musik festival in Tampere. Here’s the link to the video of the performance.
